Join our CS team as the second hire — you'll own the post-sale journey for our mid-market accounts from onboarding through expansion. You'll work across Sales, Product, and Engineering and be the voice of the customer inside Acme.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in Customer Success or Account Management at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong written communication; comfortable running executive business reviews
- Track record of reducing churn or growing accounts
