Senior Backend Engineer

Remote (US / EU) full-time $140k–$180k

You'll own the backend services powering our customer-facing analytics platform — event ingestion, aggregation, and the APIs that serve our dashboards. You'll work directly with the founding engineering team to ship real features every week. We value pragmatic decisions over shiny tools, and we care a lot about the craft of well-structured systems.

What we're looking for

- 5+ years building production backend systems - Deep Python or Go experience; Postgres fluency - Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS) - Comfortable owning on-call rotations - Bias toward writing fewer, clearer services
