HR Intern
At Mapping Metrics, you'll join our small HR team as a HR Intern. We streamline business operations with innovative strategies, and you'll help keep our people operations sharp and effective. You'll own the full cycle of recruiting for key roles: review applications, conduct first-round interviews, and recommend hires based on ownership and judgement. You'll design onboarding programs that get new team members contributing within their first week. You'll track metrics like time-to-hire and retention rates, then propose changes that deliver results. You'll handle employee relations by investigating concerns, facilitating discussions, and documenting resolutions. You'll update our HR policies to match our direct communication style and fast decision-making. You'll collaborate with leadership on performance reviews, providing data-driven insights. Expect hands-on work in a flat structure. You'll report directly to our Head of People and work alongside strategists. We value sharp thinking and disagreeing productively, so bring your best ideas. Decisions come fast—yes or no, always with clear reasons. This role builds your trajectory in strategic HR.
