We're hiring a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the next wave of Recluto's autonomous-recruiting platform. You'll own the agent's customer-facing intelligence — how it interviews, how it scores, how it explains its decisions to recruiters. The recruiter sees one output: a ranked shortlist with reasoning. Behind that, dozens of model calls and design decisions. You'll own them. This is a hands-on role on a small team. You'll write your own evals. You'll sit with customers during their onboarding calls. You'll partner directly with the founders on roadmap. We don't have a PM layer above you and we don't want one. In the first six months you'll lead the shipping of: - A redesigned voice-interview persona system (give recruiters a "Recluto voice" that sounds like their company) - Score-explainability — every HIRE/MAYBE/NO_HIRE recommendation backed by visible reasoning the recruiter can trust - The first ATS-integration deep merge (Greenhouse + Workable) that closes the offline-vs-online gap for hiring teams running both This is a senior IC role. We're not looking for someone who needs hand-holding. We are looking for someone who's shipped real AI products in production, who reads the evals before reading the spec, and who knows that taste is a feature.

What we're looking for

Must-haves - 4+ years as a PM, with at least 1 year on an AI/ML product in production (not a pilot, not a hackathon) - You've designed evals and used them to make ship/no-ship calls. You can name a metric you fought for and lost. - Comfortable reading code — TypeScript, Python, or SQL. You don't need to write production code, but you need to be able to read a PR and understand what it does. - Strong written communication. We work async-first. If you can't write a clear PRD in a Notion doc, this role isn't a fit. - You've shipped at least one product 0→1 — meaning you've owned the journey from "we're not sure if this should exist" to "real customers paying for it." Nice-to-haves - Background in B2B SaaS, especially in HR-tech, dev tools, or productivity - Experience designing for an interface where the primary user is an AI agent, not a human (e.g. prompt-as-product, tool-use design) - You've worked closely with a research team or built your own evals harness What we don't need - Specific tooling experience — bring your taste, we'll teach you our stack - Indian work experience — global candidates welcome - A "perfect" background — we care more about how you reason than where you've worked - An MBA or product-school certificate Compensation - ₹45–75 LPA base + meaningful ESOP at early-stage strike - Comprehensive health coverage including dental + mental health - Equipment of your choice - Unlimited PTO (we actively encourage taking it) - Annual offsite — we get the whole team together once a year, no strings
