You will own AI projects from first idea through production deployment. Your work will focus on building models that deliver measurable value to customers and compound trust over time. You will prepare data, train and evaluate models, then integrate them into reliable systems. You will measure results against clear metrics and iterate based on real usage. When something does not work, you will diagnose the issue and fix it without waiting for others. You will collaborate with product and engineering teammates to choose the right approach for each problem. You will share technical decisions and their trade-offs in plain language. You will review others' work and accept feedback on your own. You will stay current with new tools and methods, then decide which ones are worth adopting based on their impact rather than novelty. Every system you ship will be documented so the next person can maintain it.

What we're looking for

- Proven record of shipping AI features that run in production - Strong Python skills for model development, testing, and deployment - Experience choosing and applying evaluation metrics that match customer outcomes - Ability to own an entire project and deliver it without constant oversight - Clear written and verbal communication about technical trade-offs
