You'll lead a team of recruiters to connect talented people with businesses building high-performing teams. Your focus: deliver results that drive client growth. You'll manage 6-8 recruiters, setting clear goals, providing feedback, and helping them improve. Expect to coach through real challenges, like tough searches or client pushback. You'll own key client relationships. Meet with leaders to understand their team needs, then source, screen, and place candidates who deliver outcomes. Target 85% placement success and fast time-to-hire. You'll handle end-to-end recruitment: from sourcing via networks and tools, to interviews and offers. Track metrics like fill rates and retention, then refine processes to hit them. You'll partner with sales to win new business and ops to streamline tools.
