What we do
Recluto is an autonomous hiring agent. It turns a job description into a live careers page, screens every CV that lands in the inbox, runs an AI written assessment, hosts a real-time voice interview, schedules the human round, and hands the recruiter a shortlist with evidence. One platform. No tab-switching.
The work that used to take a recruiter 30+ hours per role — sourcing review, intake calls, scheduling tag-team, scorecard chasing — is the work the agent now does. The recruiter becomes the decision-maker, not the dispatcher.
Why now
Three things made Recluto possible in 2026 that weren't true two years ago: voice models that can hold an unscripted 15-minute conversation, foundation LLMs cheap enough to run end-to-end screening for under $0.50 per applicant, and a market that has finally stopped pretending that traditional ATS workflows are working. Job seekers wait two weeks for a "we'll be in touch" auto-reply. Recruiters spend more time copy-pasting between tools than talking to humans. We thought we could do better.
How we think about candidates
Every part of the platform is designed around a single principle: a candidate's time is worth as much as a recruiter's. That means real-time decisions instead of three-week silences, transparent AI disclosure on every interaction, candidate-controlled scheduling (not "let me check with the team"), and the ability to escalate to a human at any point.

Where we are
Recluto is a remote-first team distributed across San Francisco and Bengaluru. We run lean on purpose — small teams ship faster, and our customers feel the difference.
How we make money
Recluto is a subscription product. We charge per workspace per month, with usage-based pricing for high-volume hirers. We do not sell candidate data. We do not have a recruiter-side advertising tier. The only person who pays for Recluto is the company hiring — see pricing.
